How overage works: Each plan includes a monthly allowance of call minutes
(Basic: 100, Starter: 400, Business: 1,000). If you exceed your allowance in a billing
cycle, extra minutes are drawn from your prepaid Wallet at your plan’s overage rate
— 14¢/min on Basic, 12¢/min on Starter, 10¢/min on Business.
Calls are billed in 60-second increments, rounded up. Your usage and balance are shown
live in your dashboard, and we’ll email you when your minutes or Wallet balance
run low.
